Make Banks and
Billionaires Pay for It

We all have to pay our fair share. Especially banks and big corporations.

Tax the record profits of the banks and the corporations.
Make the wealthiest 1% pay their fair share and restore tax rates for the highest earners.
End the tax breaks and tax loopholes for banks and corporations.
Impose fines on banks and corporations that fail to pay unpaid tax.

Reforms

In Canada's unbalanced and antiquated electoral system, political parties can somehow form a 'majority government' despite winning less than 40% of the popular vote.

A Mixed Member Proportional electoral system (or similar) is needed to ensure all Canadians' voices aren't just 'heard,' but are given direct, proportional power in the Canadian legislature.
